We're Monolith Life — a Colombo developer building considered homes along the coast. Our first address, Classic 1 in Wellawatta, began in January 2020 and completed in June 2024, with all 45 homes sold.
Classic 2 in Mount Lavinia followed — 21 residences, sales beginning January 2025, completion targeted for June 2027. And in Q2 2027, Paathre, our 100-metre flagship on Marine Drive, opens its first chapter.

2024
Classic 1 complete
All 45 residences sold. The first Monolith chapter closes.
2025
Classic 2 sales begin
Twenty-one residences in Mount Lavinia open for reservation.
2027
NextTwo milestones
Classic 2 targets June handover. Paathre launches on Marine Drive.
